Aug 10, 2019 · Well, I couldn’t get anything to work to make a still image, like you would make of a single frame of a movie to us as a single image, not a freeze frame to run for a certain duration. Options are grayed out in Resolve 15. Nothing under View, nothing under Clip, nothing under Gallery. Read the fine manual. I also couldn't play the files and the video was greyed out. I went back to previous projects that had worked and found the same issue. Here's a screenshot. Sep 1, 2023 · "Grab Still" works in the Edit Timeline, but exporting an image would likely have to happen out of the COLOR page as the application was originally designed with using these images as reference for color correction. You know, because Resolve was originally designed to do that as its primary function. If you’ve generated optimized media or proxies, it defaults to whatever you’d selected at the time of generating those. Since those aren’t RAW, there’s nothing that’s going to be changing. You can disable them in the Playback Menu and should be able to use the Camera RAW settings, and will see the changes you make. 4.
