Without a modifier it will use speed potion, if you hold down shift and click on it it will use Mana (this example is the alchemist version, change if if you're not an alchemist). Hold down alt for health. The only personal point of differentiation is that I don’t like using mod: in my macros, and instead prefer to set my action bar keybinds to use the modifiers, then play the macros I want into those locations. Example, action bar 1 is key bound “Q E R F SHIFT Q, SHIFT E, SHIFT R, SHIFT F, CTRL Q, CTRL E, CTRL R, CTRL F” which is 12 actions.. Omsi 2 willshire

I found this macro on the elitist jerks forums because i was having issues using the modifier commands in the past, this one worked great and has been till today:Oct 17, 2019 · I would like to have a castsequence reset of 2 seconds, with the shift modifier using lightning shield and flametongue weapon, ctrl only using rockbiter weapon, and no modifier to use lightning shield and rockbiter weapon. I have a working macro, but when i add the reset=2, the macro still works, just the tooltip goes away, which is kind of an issue since I need to see what buff it’s on ... To find your mount number, open your mounts tab and count from left-to-right, top-to-bottom. (eg: The top-left mount on the first page is 1, the bottom-right mount on the first page is 12. For each page add +12.) This macro removes as many unnecessary characters as possible to allow for a longer list of mounts. The "self cast" option is in the WoW interface itself. It already has the option there to press "alt" to self cast. You need to merely click it on. I suggest you open the interface options in the WoW menu, and explore it for a bit. You'll find alot of nice things there to help your game experience.
